Oh it does happen from time to time… but the apathy and giving a damn applications just start up in one go, none of this attempting and failing (and making you wait while it makes its mind up) lark. That’s soooo PC!

You miss the whole point of apathy.  If you are apathetic, you couldn’t give a damn whether it works or not.  Your Mac will work, thereby forcing you out of your apathy.  My PC on the other hand, reflects my mood perfectly by being indecisive and leaving me in my glorious apathetic state.
