How Seriously Do We Take our New Intranets?
This is the level of seriousness with which we should take our internal websites/portals/intranets/KM systems. If we did, we’d all have a much better reputation.

I’m curious to know what happened there. We visited them 5-6 years ago to learn about their deployment of a Content Management System as the back-end to their website. It was quite clear that they put a lot of effort into making sure that the finished product was top notch, with strict publishing guidelines and processes, as their brand was obviously at stake.
